    @estherschindler Although the reasoning makes sense, I fail to see any data to confirm this. Length of songs not on streaming platform vs the rest, or the different channels through which writers and composers get paid (is streaming their main revenue?). Seems more like speculation than research.

      @estherschindler I'm not in the music sector, so obviously a total noob. But I'm always suspicious of global trends that don't seem to have a clear causal link in the data. Could it simply be correlation? How could we tell?
