    @reis_pt @Mart__e I think the efforts to have that running properly are huge compared to very little upsides. I mean, 'website' contains e-commerce, portal,etc. I see _no way_ of upgrading the database and keep this running at the same time without some reaaaally complicated stuff.

      @reis_pt @Mart__e And sure, downtime is annoying. But if you plan it well, it's quite short and there are very few customers for which you really can't find a suitable timetable imho. Not to say they don't exist, but I think ad-hoc solutions are better than generic ones for such a small group
