    @fheodoo @wtaferner @Yenthe666 This means that functional support should go through the app creator, in which case the cooks are all in the kitchen but only one get paid. Also, if a support ticket for an Odoo customer is escalated as a bugfix, should I then tell the customer to go check with Odoo SA instead?

      @fheodoo @wtaferner @Yenthe666 What a mess of a half-assed 'feature' that is, indeed, a very difficult pill to swallow for app developers. Shame there isn't a documentation page explaining the why's and the how's ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
