@Erwin_vd_Ploeg @rvalyi @tecnativa Anyhow I don't think it would be a good strategy to stall sales growth on purpose to increase support. The company is growing in all areas, they're onboarding new employees etc. Support will follow but it takes time to hire, train etc.

@Erwin_vd_Ploeg @rvalyi @tecnativa As long as the growth keep going, the ride will he bumpy. No way around it imho, but it doesn't mean quality is decreasonf globally. It's just playing catch-up, and when the growth plateaus a bit it'll bell much smoother.
