    @codeagencybe @Erwin_vd_Ploeg @rvalyi @tecnativa I'm not saying it's funny or false, I'm saying it's not unexpected. Sales grow much faster than hiring or training... Should they stop selling because services don't follow? My own opinion is 'no'; I'm only stating that.

      @codeagencybe @Erwin_vd_Ploeg @rvalyi @tecnativa @rvalyi I think Erwin was talking about support, not implementation or feaytres; I don't really see how the OCA could help there. @Erwin_vd_Ploeg they're not doing nothing, support team in BE alone is now 50fun + ~30tech, which is a huge growth in itself.

        @codeagencybe @Erwin_vd_Ploeg @rvalyi @tecnativa And they switch things up regularly in these teams to test and improve processes. Not always successfully, but saying they're doing nothing is plainly wrong.
