  1. Questions for web Devs who implemented web push to a PWA: is there some kind of interactivity requirement? E.g. on a freshly started android device with an installed pwa, do push notifs arrive even if I haven't launched the app since the system started? #PWA #webdevelopment

      Or if I didn't launch it for a while (e.g. a week, a month, etc)? I have difficulties formulating that question for Google (and the chatgpt knowledge cutoff is too old to be trusted)
