    @PedroMBaeza @odony we changed the runbot platform a bit to put less load on the servers, they will now only run tests in the enterprise build (which will always be done even for a community branch/PR) so since last week: - always an enterprise build with tests - community build w/o tests

      @PedroMBaeza @odony normally the community build should still link to an 'all' db with all apps/modules installed, it seems there is an issue for that, runbot team is on it - once fixed, even if the tests will not be run on the COM build, all apps should still be installed on it
