      @Yenthe666 @fpodoo The global opinion of 44 people, not a huge sample size ;) That being said, I would be interested in why people are dissatisfied. Some delays should be shortened (we are actively hiring to that end but takes time). Perhaps expectations should be made clearer?

    @Yenthe666 @fpodoo We have demands not covered by support quite often (e.g. how to use the API, support for 3d party apps, etc.). We have also a quality problems on both ends - a lot of tickets have a lot of back and forth due to unclear requests and/or answers.
